My name is Lacey, and I am the owner of The Movement Apothecary. I specialize in mindful movement. I utilize the methods of Pilates, Yoga, Dance and more with my clients in Fort Collins. I believe we all have the power to heal through movement. True, intuitive, intentional movement.

Here at TMA, we are welcoming to all and love to help others feel comfortable in their body. We believe every BODY should and can move in a healing way. My intention in this space is to invite those of us who aren't as comfortable in our bodies to be kinder & gentler on ourselves. Movement is healing, and in this space we do not judge!
